Lori Loughlin's husband, Mossimo Giannulli was just denied early prison release as coronavirus worries was not a good enough reason for the judge. According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Mossimo was denied because he didn't give good enough reasons to spend the rest of his sentence under house arrest. The court believes that Mossimo doesn't have any heightened risk of contracting COVID so they don't find it necessary for him to be released early. As of right now, Mossimo has been let back into general population as the prisons are getting better at handling COVID related issues. The judge also says that the vaccine is on the way, which will further alleviate coronavirus problems. His 5 month sentence will be up in April, while his wife Lori Loughlin is already out after serving a quick 2-month sentence.
