Kelly Clarkson revisited one of her most embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions during Friday's (April 11) episode of her eponymous talk show.
The "Stronger" star experienced a major fashion flop during a show from a previous tour that she hasn't been able to forget.
"I had something happen on tour once where my skirt, the clip broke, and it dropped, and I dropped so fast," she told guests Nick Jonas (who recently split his pants) and Adrienne Warren without getting into too much detail.
"Look, long story short, I was commando. And I was like, it was a long skirt, and something happened to where it was like, 'Oh, okay.'” The "Miss Independent" songstress revealed that this was, of course, the one time she chose not to wear underwear. She quickly concluded her story by referring to the incident as "unfortunate."
"It’s TMI for America. It was really unfortunate."
Even though her skirt fell down, Clarkson kept performing—and to make things worse, she ended up stepping on a piece of glass right after.
"It happens though, and you just to keep swimming," she recalled of the wild incident.
Page Six mentioned that Clarkson, like many other celebrities, is no stranger to a style snafu and also split her pants while recording the "Since U Been Gone" music video 14 years ago.
