A school in Philly is under fire after enforcing a rule forcing students to SMILE while in the hallways.
The Northern Lebanon School District says if kids do not smile in the hallways - they'll be forced to go speak with school offcials. Students say if they don't talk about their problems with counselors, they get detention.
Whether this is a rule set to combat the frequent school shootings issues - by enforcing the dialogue between "troubled" students and staff - is this really necessary?
What do you think?
One parent even got REALLY riled up - because she says there's way "more" going on behind the scenes at this school that others refuse to acknowledge.
