Looks like Downtown Bryan is booming! The Queen Theater is officially open again after restorations, new businesses are coming - and now more lofts and apartments are being built, breathing new life to the Downtown area we frolic to for local shopping and events.
Officials say they expect residency numbers to even triple by the end of 2018 and 2019. That's something crazy to think about, traffic just as bad as in College Station in the ends of Bryan as well.
