After being stopped twice before from petitions, it looks like Hooters' restaurant chain is not being silenced.
According to an article on theeagle.com, the restaurant has applied for yet, another liquor license to open a location on Earl Rudder Fwy, next to Premiere Cinemas in Bryan.
Looks like the chain is determined to get to Aggieland, one way or another.
