New York, NY (March 2, 2017) – The FADER FORT, one of the most anticipated live music events in Austin, Texas is returning for its 16th consecutive year to celebrate emerging artists and the surrounding culture with four full days of programming from March 15 - 18.
In a return and nod to The FADER’s inaugural showcase in 2001, this year’s The FADER FORT is relocating to a new, intimate venue at 1209 East 6th Street (Volcom Garden) for an exclusive experience that features some of the most influential names in music, art, and culture including Young M.A., Cardi B, Downtown Boys, Lizzo, Kap G, Dams of the West, and Bishop Briggs, as well as interactive fan experiences from partners including exclusive automotive sponsor Toyota.
Maintaining the enthralling energy and true spirit of music discovery unique to The FADER FORT, this year’s event offers invited fans the rare opportunity to be a part of a special experience, reminiscent of its legendary roots, in a multi-use, indoor and outdoor space for the arts.
